Part-Time Retail Associate Weekend and/or Tuesdays

A tried-and-true retail associate position! You will be supporting the Yo! team on the shop floor with top-notch customer service skills, cleaning, restocking and various other tasks. 

  • $18/hour
  • 20% Staff discount
  • Needed Hours/Days: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

We’re looking for:

  • Friendly, engaging and enjoys working with customers in a genuine way
  • Knowledgeable of and able to pass on brand and product info
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Easily able to communicate and collaborate with team members
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs

Primary Duties:

  • First and foremost, customer service! Being available, knowledgeable, and friendly when customers have questions/need help
  • Process payments, returns and other POS related tasks (Shopify experience preferred, but not required)
  • Working with team to maintain shop presentation. Includes, but not limited to, straightening and restocking
  • Weekly cleaning tasks.
  • Restocking backstock from our second office space
  • Various other shop tasks

Assistant Store Manager

This is a full time position that is mainly a customer service retail role. As you will be on the shop floor the most, we are looking for someone who is a friendly, engaging personality that creates a welcome environment in the store.

  • 40 hours / week
  • $20/hour
  • Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday + Sunday
  • 20% Staff discount
  • $75 monthly store credit

After two months, PTO and health insurance.

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Easily able to communicate and collaborate with team members
  • Retail customer service experience required
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs

Primary Duties:

  • First and foremost, customer service! Being available, knowledgeable, and friendly when customers have questions/need help
  • Customer outreach and inquiry follow up
  • Process payments, returns and other POS related tasks (Shopify experience preferred, but not required)
  • Responsible for maintaining shop presentation. Includes, but not limited to, straightening, minimal plant care and restocking
  • Weekly cleaning tasks
  • Restocking backstock from our second office space
  • Organizing and maintain in-store backstock spaces
  • Communicate with owner / manager needed reorders, new brands/products, what customers are looking for, etc.
  • Various other shop tasks
