We accept returns within 14 days for a full refund or 21 days for store credit. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 21 days.
Please note: gifts can be exchanged or store credit can be given within 21 days of purchase.
We ask items to be returned within a 3-week time period because we buy in smalll quantities and our inventory is constantly changing. There are times we simply no longer have the space for previously purchased items or they are no longer in our inventory system. Keeping returns within this time frame helps insure that we are able to re-sell the product and stay in business!
All items must be in new, perfect condition with tags still attached for a full refund.
All earrings, masks, hats, apothecary and vintage are FINAL SALE. Sale items over 30% are FINAL SALE. Unfortunately, no exceptions.
We want all our items to find a happy home - please call, text or email us about any item before purchasing if you have questions.
In the event of a return, we are not responsible for shipping costs back to us and cannot refund original shipping charges.
Gift cards are always a great gift as there is no expiration date :)
We reserve the right to refuse any return.

Please note that our online inventory is pulled from our store and subject to availability. We will try our best to fulfill all online orders, and if an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible.
