The Yo Store Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days for a full refund or 21 days for store credit. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 21 days.
Please note: gifts can be exchanged or store credit can be given within 21 days of purchase. After 3 weeks we can not accept any exchanges for any item or offer a refund. No exceptions. We are open 6 days a week, closed Mondays.
All items must be in new, perfect condition with tags still attached for a full refund.
All earrings, apothecary, pantry items and vintage are FINAL SALE.
All apothecary is final sale as per Oregon Law. This is including but not limited to perfume, oil, lotions, bath salts, soaps, nail polish.
Sale items over 30% are FINAL SALE. Unfortunately, no exceptions.
In the event of a return, we are not responsible for shipping costs back to us and cannot refund original shipping charges.
Gift cards are always a great gift as there is no expiration date.
We reserve the right to refuse any return.
If You Need To Return An Item
If you have a return, please email orders@yoportland to initiate the process - we can send you a return label (and deduct the cost) or you can send with your own tracking number once the return is approved. We will get back to you with a return code. Please note we are closed Monday. Please do not send your return back to us without approval - any returns sent to us not pre-approved will be refused and sent back to you.

Please note that our online inventory is pulled from our store and subject to availability. We will try our best to fulfill all online orders, and if an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible.
We ask items to be returned within a 3-week time period because we buy in small quantities and our inventory is constantly changing. There are times we simply no longer have the space for previously purchased items or they are no longer in our inventory system. Keeping returns within this time frame helps insure that we are able to re-sell the product and stay in business.
