YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL ONCE YOUR ORDER IS READY FOR PICK UP - USUALLY WITHIN A COUPLE HOURS. WHEN YOU ARRIVE PLEASE LET US KNOW YOUR NAME AND WE WILL GRAB YOUR ORDER. OUR PORTLAND STORE IS OPEN 6 DAYS A WEEK (CLOSED MONDAY) FOR IN STORE PICK UP - PLEASE CHECK HOURS BEFORE COMING BY :)

ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 60 DAYS OR WE WILL DONATE TO A LOCAL NON-PROFIT. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.

WE PARTNER WITH ANOTHER SMALL, LOCAL STARTUP FOR ALL OUR LOCAL DELIVERY ORDERS. THEY DELIVER TO MOST OF PORTLAND, THE SURROUNDING METRO AREA AND VANCOUVER, BUT UNFORTUNATELY NOT ALL QUITE YET. IF YOUR ZIP CODE IS ELIGIBLE IT WILL POP UP AS A SHIPPING OPTION AT CHECKOUT.

ALL ORDERS PLACED BY 5PM WILL BE DELIVERED NEXT DAY AND YOU WILL RECEIVE A TEXT ONCE IT'S BEEN DROPPED OF. IF YOUR ORDER IS PLACED AFTER 5PM IT WILL GO OUT THE FOLLOWING DAY. PLEASE NOTE ALL ORDERS PLACED SUNDAY EVENING AND MONDAY WILL GO OUT TUESDAY AS WE ARE CLOSED ON MONDAY.

ALL ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED 2X A WEEK VIA UPS AND USPS – TRACKED AND INSURED. DUE TO COVID AND CARRIER DELAYS PACKAGES ARE TAKING A LITTLE LONGER TO ARRIVE TO YOUR DOORSTEP. PLEASE BE PATIENT AS THIS IS OUT OF OUR CONTORL :)

FOR PORTLAND LOCALS, WE OFFER A FLAT RATE DELIVERY FEE (MOST PORTLAND ZIP CODES - NOT ALL UNFORTUNATELY) OR FREE IN STORE PICK UP. PLEASE NOTE WE ARE CLOSED MONDAY.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPMENTS THAT ARE LOST OR STOLEN. IT IS UP TO THE CUSTOMER TO FILE A CLAIM WITH UPS OR USPS. ALL ITEMS ARE SHIPPED TRACKED AND INSURED - SO YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND FROM THE CARRIER. THE YO! STORE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE TO FILE OR FOLLOW UP ON ANY CLAIMS.

IF A PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO US DUE TO MISINFORMATION ON THE SHIPPING ADDRESS OR FAILED ATTEMPTED DELIVERY, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RE-SHIPMENT FEES. WE WILL CONTACT YOU AND IF WE DO NOT HEAR BACK WITHIN ONE WEEK WE WILL ISSUE A REFUND FOR YOUR PURCHASE. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO REFUND ORIGINAL SHIPPING FEES.
