All orders will be processed and shipped 2 x a week via UPS and USPS.

We offer FREE in store non-contact pick up for Portland.

Please choose your best option at check out.  

Your package will arrive in approximately 2-7 business days after shipment.

We are continuing to take extra precautions when shipping out all items safely. 

In case an item is out of stock we will need to cancel the order and you will receive a full refund.


Choose from one of the following options at checkout.

+ Flat rate shipping is $6.95 for all USPS / UPS. 

+ UPS / USPS PRIORITY MAIL (tracked and insured) $9.00

Free local non contact pickup is available Thursday - Saturday between 11-4 and Sunday 10-3pm at our Portland store: 935 NW 19th Ave, Portland, OR 97209 USA. 

We will notify you when orders go out with the accompanying USPS tracking number (where applicable) to the email address provided.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the postal service.


Please note that our online inventory is pulled from our store and subject to availability. We will try our best to fulfill all online orders, and if an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible. 

If you bought an item or received a gift between 10 nov - 10 jan 2020, our return window of 2 months has now closed. As a small business we can not take any returns back, issue store credit or exchanges from these dates. NO EXCEPTIONS. Thank you for your understanding!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We are international shipping, but we are only sending insured and tracked shipments. Please email us for an exact quote based on your location before checking out.

ALL taxes and customs are sole responsibility of the customer.

Customs offices may delay estimated arrival dates. This is beyond our control, as we are not involved in the customs process.

Customs fees and/or taxes are the sole responsibility of buyer.

We're required by law to declare full value of items and declare them as merchandise.
