How to shop during Covid-19…
Is your store open?
Yes, we are currently open for walk-in’s and are accepting 2 customers in the store at any one time. There may be a wait outside at busier times – we appreciate your patience! Please check our current store hours here as they are subject to change.
Do I have to wear a mask?
Per State of Oregon guidelines, customers and staff are required to wear masks at all times. Please sanitize your hands upon entering (or wear gloves) and maintain 6 feet of distance from other people. Our staff will ensure you have a safe and comfortable shopping experience. We have two air filters running and the door stays open during your shopping experience.
Can I bring my child to the shop with me?
In order to keep the store sanitary and safe for everyone, we ask that you touch things mindfully and we know this is much harder for kids when there is so many fun things to touch! So YES, please do bring your kids with you, but please also keep them within arms reach of you during your visit. We ask that babies under 2 stay in your arms (or baby carrier) or in the stroller at all times.
Can I bring my pet with me?
We love furry friends but we are not allowing any pets into shop right now (service dogs ok). But please show us all the cute photos.
Are there different ways to shop?
Shop online 24/7 or in store 4 days a week. If you prefer a 1-1 private appointment we have availably every Wednesday in store - please email us to schedule.
Do you have Local Delivery or In-Store Pick up?
We are unable to offer local delivery at this time, but we do offer in store pick up and USP and USPS delivery a few times a week.
Local pick up: We have designated 5 minutes parking spot right outside the store so you can swing by anytime we are open. We have plexi glass up at the door, so can pass your package to you under and wave from the other side!
