I love this dress SO much. This is a very special dress, crafted with pride in the USA (as the tag says). It's boned at the corset top - velvet. Then the skirt is polka dot tulle - SO unique - next level special, this one really needs to be tried on. Skirt is layered with additional tulle.

Fits Like→ Med - not pinned on our size 2-4 model - it was big for her on the bust but could be adapted / adjusted to fit with some tweaks.
